We believe that both the mental and physical health of our employees are important to feel well with themselves and their work, so they can confidently become leaders motivated to innovate and be creative. That’s why exclusive in-house medical services for all of our workers have been provided for more than 15 years. Here, a specialized occupational health physician attends to timely minor health issues and, in case of major health problems, coordinates and supports the employee’s treatment from the hospital. Additionally, alongside a nurse and nutritionist, they monitor the wellness of our whole team.

We also promote a healthy and conscious lifestyle with regular talks that allow for the development of emotional and cognitive skills in order to reduce employees’ stress levels, anxiety, and negative eating habits.
