Support for Women

F&R’s payroll is around  80% women, These employees are covered by all the rights, insurance and pension according to Peruvian law and international standards. From these women workers, a great percentage are single mothers who are the only providers of the family income.

For working mothers, we are committed to giving them: a supportive environment for breastfeeding, flexible work arrangements and collaborative working environments.

We promote gender equality, so we give our women employees the same training and development opportunities to grow professionally as any of our workers.
