F&R’s payroll is around 80% women, These employees are covered by all the rights, insurance and pension according to Peruvian law and international standards. From these women workers, a great percentage are single mothers who are the only providers of the family income.
For working mothers, we are committed to giving them: a supportive environment for breastfeeding, flexible work arrangements and collaborative working environments.
