Our Code of Conduct maintains high workplace standards and safe working conditions within the company, which follows the SA8000 certification and International Labor Organization’s standards. We ensure fair wages, fair and flexible working hours, fair treatment of workers and gender equality.

SA 8000 certification helps reinforce our valued relationship with our partners and workers. It also guarantees to our clients that Franky & Ricky is a socially responsible company in its management and its personnel.

In order to obtain this certification, we have worked arduously to adapt all necessary procedures and policies. All of our internal audits have been conducted to ensure that labor rights are practiced and protected. As a result, we are proud to say that we have been certified since 2006 we have recently renewed this certification.
